Gross vs. Net Revenue Analytics

Currently, merchants can view monthly revenue only for the current month and previous month.

Request to extend this so merchants can view gross revenue and net revenue for every month historically, with an easy month-by-month breakdown for tracking and comparison.

Ideally, this historical monthly data should also be available through the API for custom reporting and analytics.
