Localization for Checkout Page

Checkout page should support multiple languages for all displayed content, as it is essential for improving conversion rates, especially for non-English speaking customers.

So actually after investigating this more, I now understand this is a BUG 🐞

The checkout process has two steps. The first step is the address and the second step is the payment. The address step shows left to right when it's supposed to show right to left and the payment step actually shows correctly.
