Dynamic Checkout / Payment link

Thing that would make sense to me is to have a api that can create a checkout page rather than a product being associated to checkout.

the api takes price and details of the checkout hopefully a image also and the the customer can pay via that link.
a dynamic page called “pay laxmi narayan mandir” and the customer can pay the amount set while creation of that checkout.
or even just take the money, create checkout via api and just pay the money , everything will be handled after payment success hooks.
kind of how payment gateways do in nepal/india.

a great usecase would be for cafes who just want to receive payment via a pos device where a qr pops up and can be paid going through the qr code url.
