Terms of Service Checkbox on Checkout
Currently there's no native way to collect ToS/Privacy Policy acceptance within the checkout flow itself, forcing sellers to add a pre-checkout popup that adds friction.
- No inline ToS acceptance option within the checkout page
- Sellers resort to pre-checkout popups, hurting conversion
- Ask: Add a configurable checkbox above "Continue to payment" for ToS acceptance inline on checkout

it should be configurable if implemented. the default behavior is user agree on tos and privacy policy during joining the app. not during subscribing or paying. it’s standard convention.. so it’s kinda useless to have that on checkout. i prefer not to add it.
