Fix documentation URLs click events
Do not make documentation links open in the current tab.
I just lost my progress on a new product creation because of this.

Payment providers that act fast like tech startups should, and not ridiculously slow like all legal & compliance related businesses are. Very strong point in my book sir. I hope Dodo survives for a very long time and keep that “young / gotta go fast” energy.
