Allow dynamic discount via discount abject.

Right now dodo only seems to support discount. Code but hey it would be great if dodo supported dynamic discount instead of just discount code, so we could pass something in discount object like

`type: percentage/amount/code value: either percentage number or amount in usd or discount code.`

… and in case of amount it should auto convert if local currencies are available.
