License key for single payment product

Unable to generate license key.

What I did:

  • Created a product (Single Payment, $6.99)
  • Created a "License Key" entitlement named "******** License Key" (2 activations, no expiry)
  • Attached the entitlement to the product
  • Went to License Keys → Create Manual Key → selected the product

Error received:

"License keys are not enabled for this product."

This workd in test mode but unable to do it on live mode. Please help!!!!

Hi there,

The product you select must have a license key entitlement attached to it. If you attach a product without that specific license key entitlement, it will trigger the "License keys are not enabled for this product" error.

If you still have doubts, let us know we will walk you through it.
