Live Mode RBAC error: customer creation denied (rottenpack) Urgent

Hi Dodo Payments Support Team,
I’m integrating Dodo Payments in Live Mode for my merchant account rottenpack.
My API key is set to Read/Write, but my backend checkout fails with:

Dodo Payments customer creation failed: RBAC: access denied

My bank verification status is currently Under Review. Could you please:

  • Check the verification status, and
  • Enable/confirm customer creation permissions (RBAC) for my Live API key?

Details:

  • Merchant: rottenpack
  • Mode: Live
  • Error: RBAC access denied on customer creation
