Customer Portal: Self-serve license deactivation

Please add license activation management to the customer portal, so customers can:

• View active device instances
• Deactivate an instance (and reactivate later from the app). This one is what matters the most.

Why this matters: users often lose access to old machines, and without this they must contact support for manual reset.

Polar.sh has this on their customer portal. The activation shows the machine name on which the activation is on, and the “X” deactivates it directly from the customer portal. That makes it so the license becomes useable again by freeing up the space.
