Hide customers from Customers list
Add an option to each customer on the Dodo's Customer list to hide them from the list. On the Filters, you could then check a "Hidden" box to see the hidden customers.
Also on the Entitlements' Customer list you could implement the same idea.

Curious what's driving this. is it test/dummy customers cluttering the list, or something else? Helps us figure out if a hide/archive toggle is the right fix vs. something else.

Yes it's mostly test customers cluttering the list.
It is not urgent at all, just a nice feature to have, at least for me!
