Payouts request

Why can't we control our own payouts like other payments processor you can all u do just add how much u want to withdrawal and boom u get ur money I know it will take about 1-3 business days to get payouts why put a bi monthly cycle we not even knowing when our payouts hit our account why don't we control our payouts funds how much we want to withdrawal not understanding it says minimum payouts u have to reach $50 say u pasted $50 how does this bi-monthly cycle works run me through
