Feature Request: Wallet Balance & Partial Payouts

It would be great if Dodo Payments could support a true wallet balance where funds can accumulate and the merchant can choose how much to withdraw.

For example:

- Wallet balance: $10,000

- I choose to withdraw payouts: $500

- Remaining wallet balance: $9,950

- Later, I can withdraw another payout amount or keep same payout cycle $500 etc...

Currently, the threshold appears to work as an automatic payout trigger where the entire available balance is paid out once the threshold is reached.

What I'm looking for is more control over the payout amount — being able to hold funds in the wallet and manually choose how much to send as a payout, while leaving the remaining balance available for future payouts.

This would be especially useful for businesses that want to manage their cash flow rather than automatically withdrawing their entire available balance.

I believe this would make Dodo Payments much more flexible for merchants, especially compared with payment platforms that provide more control over stored balances and payouts.
