Feature Request: Automatic FX Conversion to the User’s Local Currency

Hi Dodo Payments Team,

I have a feature request/question regarding international payments and FX conversion.

Would it be possible to add an automatic FX conversion feature where, when a user receives an international payment, the funds are automatically converted into the currency they have selected or their local account currency before the money reaches their bank account?

For example, if someone pays in EUR or USD but the recipient’s bank account is in ZAR, could Dodo automatically convert the payment to ZAR and send the recipient the ZAR amount, instead of sending USD/EUR to the bank and making the bank handle the currency conversion afterward?

The idea would be similar to how a brokerage or multi-currency platform can automatically convert funds: the user chooses their preferred receiving currency, and the money is converted immediately before settlement.

This could make international payments much simpler for users because they wouldn't have to deal with an additional currency conversion through their bank
