Automatic FX Conversion to Merchant’s Local Currency Before Payout

Hi Dodo Team,

I’d like to suggest a feature that could simplify international payouts for merchants.

Could Dodo allow merchants to select a preferred payout currency, with Dodo automatically converting incoming funds into that currency before the payout is sent to the merchant’s bank account?

Example:

A merchant in South Africa receives a $100 USD payment. If their preferred payout currency is ZAR, Dodo would automatically convert the $100 USD into ZAR using the applicable FX rate and then send the ZAR amount to their South African bank account.

The goal would be:

Customer pays → Dodo receives payment → Dodo converts FX → Merchant receives local currency

Instead of:

Customer pays → Dodo sends USD → Bank receives USD → Bank performs FX conversion

This could make international payments easier for merchants who primarily operate in their local currency, while also making the expected payout amount clearer before settlement.

Could Dodo consider supporting automatic FX conversion + local-currency payouts as an optional feature?
