Include Cancellation Actor Details in subscription.cancelled Webhook

Request:
Add the cancellation actor’s name and email address to the subscription.cancelled webhook payload.

Current Behavior:
The subscription.cancelled webhook provides cancellation-related information such as cancelled_at, cancellation_comment, and cancellation_feedback, but it does not identify the person who initiated the cancellation.

Requested Behavior:
Include details of the cancellation actor in the webhook payload, such as:

• Actor name
• Actor email address

This should allow merchants to determine exactly who initiated the cancellation, whether it was a specific user from the merchant team or another authorized actor.

Use Case:
Merchants need this information for internal tracking, auditing, and identifying which user performed a subscription cancellation. Providing the actor’s name and email directly in the webhook would allow merchants to record and process this information without requiring additional manual investigation.

Expected Outcome:
The subscription.cancelled webhook should include the cancellation actor’s identifying information whenever it is available.
