Attach the invoice PDF to the payment email

Request: Attach the invoice PDF to the payment confirmation email, instead of only linking to the Customer Portal.

Why: Customers, especially business customers who need the invoice for their records and VAT claims, could get it straight from the email without logging in to the portal.
