Invoices: show currency symbols instead of currency codes

Generated invoice PDFs render amounts as the ISO currency code plus the value, for example USD 20.00. Merchants would like the currency symbol instead, for example $20.00, and the equivalent symbol for every other currency.

Current behaviour

There is no way to change this. The only invoice customization we expose is branding, meaning the business logo and business name. Nothing in the dashboard or the API controls number or currency formatting on the invoice.

Render amounts with the currency symbol, either as the default or as a per-business setting alongside the existing invoice branding options.
